iAge

iAge

Description

A deep-learning method that uses blood samples to identify people most at risk of age-related diseases by tracking inflammation patterns. Study found that the chemokine CXCL9 plays a major role in heart aging and inflammation, which can be improved by targeting CXCL9. iAge, in turn, uses data on blood immune biomarkers to predict chronological age.
