Kidney tumors are a widespread health issue, and early detection is crucial for reducing mortality and improving patient outcomes. This study proposes deep learning–based automatic detection models, including CNN-6, ResNet50, VGG16, and CNN-4, trained on a novel dataset of 8,400 CT scan images from 120 patients at King Abdullah University Hospital. The models achieved high accuracy (up to 97% for detection and 92% for classification), showing strong potential to support radiologists, reduce workload, and improve early diagnosis in healthcare.
