Measurements of Left Ventricular Volumes and Ejection Fraction
Description
This study evaluated a novel AI software for fully automatic measurements of left ventricular (LV) volumes and ejection fraction (EF) in echocardiography, comparing it to manual measurements in various clinical and research settings. The AI software significantly reduced acquisition and processing time by 77% and demonstrated superior or equivalent reproducibility compared to manual methods. It also showed strong agreement with reference measurements in both real-time use and large databases, highlighting its efficiency and accuracy.
